COVID 19 Guidelines
During this pandemic, and everyday, our focus is to make you feel better and stress-free. This includes how we are handling COVID-19 protocols. To ensure the safety and health of our clients, therapists, and tenants of 1900 Mount Vernon Avenue, we are implementing the following Coronavirus guidelines:
Therapists will be required to wash hands prior to working with a client and use sanitizer during the session.
Therapists will wear a mask during all sessions.
We will be increasing cleaning protocols to comply with CDC guidelines to ensure the safety and health of our clients and therapists.
Clients will be required to wear a mask during their time in the building. Please bring your mask with you to your appointment.
If therapist deems it necessary, the client may be asked to undergo temperature screening. Therapists reserve the right to ask a client to reschedule if he or she has a fever.
Clients are asked to reschedule a session if they or any household/family member are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. Symptoms include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headaches, sore throat, loss of taste or smell. Clients are also asked to reschedule their session if they have had close contact with someone who they believe or is confirmed to have or has recently had COVID-19.
